THeXtreme Gets Buff: Part Deux

So... It's been over 1 year since I've logged into Blogger... I'm just happy my little part of CyberSpace is still here.

I'm still working out at the gym, but it's been sporatic at best during the last year, so I haven't really done much other than to loose a few pounds. Unfortunately, those pounds only came after adding 15 or so :)

I now have a personal trainer who is pushing me 110% 4 nights a week.

If all works out the way I want, I may need to look into changing my name to Toddold Helemsnegger :)
